Terms and Conditions for Needle Felting Class 1. Age Requirement: Participants must be 18 years or older to attend the needle felting class. Valid identification may be required at the time of booking or upon arrival at the event. Health and Safety: 1. Allergen Awareness: Please inform us of any allergies (food or material-related) prior to the date of the class. This includes allergies to wool, dyes, or other materials used during the session. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. 2. Needle Safety: Needle felting involves the use of sharp needles. Participants will be educated on safety practices and the proper handling of tools during the class. By booking the class, you acknowledge the risks associated with using sharp needles and agree to follow the instructor's safety guidelines. Cancellation Policy: 1. Class Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your class, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We will work with you to find an alternative date, subject to availability. 2. Refunds: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for the class once booked, but credit may be given for future classes if cancellation occurs with more than 48 hours notice. By booking a spot in the Needle Felting class, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy, and agree to adhere to the guidelines provided.
