Service Description
Unwind and connect with nature through our Meet and Greet session at All About Alpacas. Spend 30 minutes with our herd of alpacas, learning about their quirky personalities, feeding them, and getting up close and personal with these gentle creatures. If you’re lucky, you may even get a cuddle and a photo with them, creating lasting memories to cherish. All children under 15 must be accompanied by a paying adult. All children under 15 must be supervised at all times.

Booking Policy for Children Under 15 Policy Overview To ensure the safety and well-being of all young guests, our establishment has implemented the following policy regarding children under the age of 15. This policy is designed to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors. 1. Supervision Requirement: - All children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times while on the premises. 2. Adult to Child Ratio: - Each paying adult may supervise a maximum of two children under the age of 15. This ratio is established to ensure that sufficient attention and care are provided for the safety of the children. 3. Booking Procedure: - When booking any services or creating reservations, it is essential to confirm the number of accompanying paying adults for the number of children in the party. - Bookings that exceed the established adult-to-child ratio will not be accepted and will be subject to review and adjustment. 4. Safety Awareness: - The accompanying adult is responsible for the child(ren) during their visit. This includes ensuring that the child(ren) understand and comply with safety guidelines. Compliance - This policy is mandatory for all guests. Staff members reserve the right to request identification and confirmation of the adult-to-child ratio during the check-in process or at any point during the visit. Exceptions - Any exceptions to this policy must be pre-approved by management and will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. Policy Review This policy will be reviewed annually and updated as necessary to ensure the highest safety standards for our guests.
